McSweeney Pharmacy was established by Niamh McSweeney, a native of Tullamore, Co. Offaly, in 1995 when Knocknacarra was a mere small development West of the city. Since then, McSweeney Pharmacy has developed into an important Community Pharmacy catering for the needs of a now substantial population in the suburb of Galway City.
